Broker and Realtor with 33 years of experience.
After many years with several different companies,
Audrey believed it was time to open her own firm,
one that has all the benefits of belonging to the
Multiple Listing Service and Realtor.com, but allows
for independent thought and actions to personalize
our client's unique buying and selling circumstances.
Audrey
knows that no two clients are alike, and everyone
comes to the home buying and selling experience
for different reasons. Our agents and staff know
that Real Estate is very complicated. Not all purchases
and sales are one-step transactions, or simple unemotional
decisions.

home sales , especially long-term family homes,
are emotionally charged, and the pressure of cleaning,
prepping and showing a home to prospective buyers
is very difficult and time-consuming. Seniors down-sizing
especially need TLC, because they are usually leaving
a home with life-time memories, and have a lot to
deal with, including health issues. Deaths, divorces,
financial difficulties-all color the home buying
and selling process. It is much easier to have a
Realtor who can empathize with the client and offer
various resources to help make the relocation experience
